Please read this disclaimer and warnings completely before purchasing and/or using MagN'Keepers, as well as the instructions for use. While the warnings are not meant to discourage any buyer or user, they are necessary protection to reduce any liability that could result on behalf of the product. Modern Tactical Solutions is owned and operated by a law enforcement family, and with that we understand that law enforcement by nature is inherently dangerous, and anything is possible on duty. While if worn properly, MagN'Keepers perform in these highly stressful situations just as the traditional snap belt keepers. However, please understand that every mechanical device, including traditional belt keepers, have potential for failure under extreme conditions. The buyer and user of MagN'Keepers agrees that they have read and understand this disclaimer and hereby releases Modern Tactical Solutions from any and all liability from this product.

Modern Tactical Solutions (MTS) neither assumes nor accepts any liability for damages resulting from the handling or use of magnets. With your purchase, the buyer confirms that you have read and understood the following warnings, the buyer agrees that he/she is responsible for all damages and injuries caused by the magnets, which include personal injuries , property damages and magnet damages. Neodymium magnets are very strong. Handling them with care is necessary to prevent personal injuries, property damage and magnet damage. Magnets can cause serious damage to fingers if caught between two magnets such as breaking bones or pinching finger tips. MTS does not guarantee this product will not interfere with electronic devices in the immediate area or directly exposed to the magnetic fields of the magnets, including but not limited to, radios, tasers, cell phones, flashlights, pace-makers, magnetic recording devices, etc. Even though no issues arose in testing this product with police officers in the field, the buyer assumes all liability for any damages or injuries. A person with a pace-maker should not use this product or come within 12 inches of the magnetic field. There is no significant medical research to link magnetic fields to any medical issues, but MTS is not liable for any medical issues that may arise from this product or that may be linked in future studies, medical research, or diagnoses. It is recommended that women who are pregnant not wear MagN'Keepers, even though there is no current known hazard. Small magnets pose a choking hazard and should never be swallowed or inserted into any part of the body. Magnets can cause infection and death if lodged in the intestinal track. For safety purposes we include this warning to deter children from using/handling small magnets as they can be dangerous. Keep out of reach of children.

To comply with 16 CFR Part 1240 - SAFETY STANDARD FOR MAGNET SETS. This product is not intended for use with or as a magnet set. A magnet set is defined as any aggregation of separable magnetic objects that is a consumer product intended, marketed or commonly used as a manipulative or construction item for entertainment, such as puzzle working, sculpture building, mental stimulation, or stress relief.

Modern Tactical Solutions is not responsible for any injury to the user, or others nearby as a result of wearing magnetic belt keepers. MagN'Keepers by design, are dependent on the belt tension of the user. It is important that your belt is adjusted to fit tightly around your waist to ensure that the magnets stay in the traps as designed. If the wearer loses any noticeable amount of weight the belts may need to be adjusted to ensure the tension is adequate to keep the belt secured. It is also important to make sure your belt buckle or clip is working as intended. MagN'Keepers are not designed to hold a duty belt secured around one's waist without the buckle properly secured. All weapons and fragile equipment should be removed from the belt prior to donning and doffing your duty belt to prevent equipment damage, serious injury, or death, which could result from an accidental discharge of firearm, or other weapon in the process. MTS is not responsible for any injury that could occur from donning and doffing the duty belt with with any holstered weapon of any type or any damage to fragile duty gear as a result of dropping the belt. Use care to make sure the magnets lock into the traps as intended and the front buckle is secure before holstering weapons and fragile equipment. Use caution not to drop the magnets or expose to extreme temperatures above 180 degree Fahrenheit or demagnetization can occur. Do not modify or use any damaged MagN'Keeper, as injury could occur. Properly dispose of any damaged MagN'Keeper to prevent serious injury or death.

It is recommended you do NOT wear MagN'Keepers in the swell of your back, just as with other duty gear, as injury can result if you are to fall flat on your back.

MagN'Keepers are designed to be used in sets of four (4) at a minimum to properly hold the duty belt securely in place.
